Core Composition

  • Substrate: Mainly PET (with a portion being PP composite material). Processed through mechanical brushing or coating technology, it forms parallel or fine metal brushed textures on the surface, restoring the authentic metal brushed feel.
  • Adhesive layer: Uses pressure-sensitive adhesive (commonly oil-based adhesive or hot-melt adhesive), which has inherent stickiness and requires no additional gluing. After pasting, it can firmly adhere to surfaces of various materials and is not easy to fall off.
  • Release paper: Equipped with release paper (such as glassine paper), which not only protects the adhesive layer from contamination but also facilitates storage, die-cutting processing, and manual/automatic labeling operations.
