• Practical physical properties: The PVC substrate has good flexibility, fold resistance, and is not easy to tear. It has moderate stiffness, can adapt to curved or irregular surfaces after pasting, is not prone to warping or wrinkling, and maintains a stable shape after long-term use.
• Strong environmental resistance: Possesses excellent waterproof, oil-proof, and moisture-resistant properties. In humid environments or when in contact with a small amount of oil, the label will not deform or delaminate and can maintain its integrity. However, its solvent resistance is average, so avoid contact with strong chemical reagents.
• Moderate temperature adaptability: The conventional operating temperature range is -10℃ to 60℃, which can meet the needs of daily environments, ordinary storage, and short-term outdoor use. It tends to soften and deform at high temperatures and become brittle at low temperatures.
• Good adhesive stability: The adhesive is mostly water-based or oil-based, with strong initial adhesion and long-lasting tackiness. It can firmly adhere to surfaces of various materials such as plastic, glass, metal, and paper, and is suitable for manual or automatic labeling.
• Processing and scene adaptation: Easy to die-cut, capable of being made into various shapes such as round and irregular ones. It supports multiple processes including screen printing, digital printing, and relief printing. It is suitable for scenarios such as daily chemical products, food packaging (non-direct contact), toys, and gift packaging, especially for label requirements that demand waterproof performance and good color expression.
